Message	High NO = lean condition (the opposite) A vac leak would exacerbate the problem; EGR wouldn't make a difference under load, and shouldn't make much of one even at idle (the fact that you're lean all around means the little bit of O2 displaced by the EGR at idle wouldn't help much...better off just solving your lean condition).
